Ingredients

  • • 2 oz grapefruit cordial
  • • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • • 2 oz grapefruit soda
  • • Rosemary salt rim

Method

  1. 1Rim a tall glass with rosemary salt and fill with ice.
  2. 2Shake tequila, grapefruit cordial, and lime juice with ice.
  3. 3Strain into the glass and top with grapefruit soda.
  4. 4Smack a rosemary sprig and place as garnish.
  5. 5Optional: capture rosemary smoke under a cloche before serving.
