Ingredients

  • • 8 oz nitro cold brew
  • • 1 oz chocolate syrup
  • • 2 oz vanilla bean cold foam
  • • Cocoa nibs and sea salt for garnish

Method

  1. 1Coat the inside of a chilled glass with chocolate syrup.
  2. 2Pour nitro cold brew gently to preserve cascading bubbles.
  3. 3Top with thick vanilla bean cold foam.
  4. 4Finish with cocoa nibs and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  5. 5Serve immediately with a long spoon.
