Ingredients

  • • 4 oz fresh cucumber juice
  • • 2 oz lime cordial
  • • 4 oz tonic water
  • • 4 oz soda water
  • • 8 mint leaves
  • • Dehydrated lime wheel for garnish

Method

  1. 1Lightly press mint leaves in a shaker with lime cordial to release oils.
  2. 2Add cucumber juice and ice, then shake briefly.
  3. 3Double strain into Collins glasses over fresh ice.
  4. 4Split tonic and soda water between glasses and give a single stir.
  5. 5Finish with a mint crown and lime wheel garnish.
